Courier Services

Monogram Biosciences, Inc.® helps coordinate contracted courier services for most geographical locations in the United States for clients with direct accounts (To set-up a direct account, please click here). Couriers are trained according to Monogram Biosciences' protocols that include International Air Transport Association/Department of Transportation (IATA/DOT) regulatory procedures, general handling protocols, and shipping procedures. They are supplied with Monogram Biosciences' shipping kits for the transport of infectious and diagnostic specimens.

  • Call Monogram Biosciences' Client Services for courier pick up at (800) 777-0177 before 1:00 PM to ensure next day delivery.
  • Please make sure samples are fully frozen before offering samples to courier.
  • Upon arrival of courier, please place frozen specimen tubes into the secondary container offered by the courier.
  • Please make sure there is bubble wrap and enough absorbent material inside to contain any spill.
  • Close container and give back to courier for shipment to Monogram Biosciences.
  • DO NOT put dry ice in secondary container.
