RC Reporting
The RC assay data are provided on the PhenoSense GT™ and PhenoSense™ HIV report forms. The results are presented in a bar chart at the bottom of both report forms with the purple RC indicator bar marking patient virus RC as a percentage of the RC of a wild-type virus (e.g. RC = 50% compared to a median wild-type RC of 100%).
