Courier Services

Monogram provides contracted courier services for most geographical locations in the United States. Couriers are trained according to Monogram protocols that include IATA/DOT regulatory procedures, general handling protocol, and shipping procedures. They are prepared with Monogram shipping kits for the transport of infectious and diagnostic specimens.
  • Call Monogram Customer Service for courier pick up at (800) 777-0177 before 1 PM to ensure next day delivery.

  • Please make sure samples are fully frozen before offering samples to courier.

  • Upon arrival of courier, please place frozen specimen tubes into the secondary container offered by the courier.

  • Please make sure there is bubble wrap and enough absorbent inside to contain any spill.

  • Close container and give back to courier for shipment to Monogram.

  • DO NOT put dry ice in secondary container.

Talk to your Monogram sales representative about your courier service pickup choices. In many areas we can set up a scheduled pickup, eliminating the need to call Monogram first.
